Snow!
yay it's snowing! God I hope it snows all night so school is cancled tomorrow! It's been a week since I said I was going to quit smoking...I haven't gone a day without atleast a puff of one yet. I think I'm going to stop being so hard on myself about it though. I'm going to take things one at a time. First I'm going to try to lose the weight I want then I'll work on the smoking; Plus I'm afraid It will cause me to binge eat because so far when I don't have a ciggarette for a while it makes me want to eat that much more. After this week (if i actaully make it through my fast) I'll attempt to quit again.Go me!

Quitting smoking was really easy for me, because I did it in a bad way. But yeah, I hear it's pretty hard at times. As for losing weight, heh, we could ALL use to lose some weight. lol. Also, as you said, I will say the same to you: I am here if you need me. Mon, Jan. 15th, 2007, 03:27 am

It still hasn't snowed substantially here. It's fucking Massachusetts! It was surprisingly easy for me to quit smoking, but that might be because I didn't have access all the time, so my body was used to going long periods of time without it. I suppose I haven't officially quit though, since if I had one I'd be smoking it now. I've always noticed smoking makes me feel fuller... Tue, Jan. 16th, 2007, 08:36 pm

Yea your right it really does. I just finished having one hehe. The people I hang out with at school normally have one so they are always around me. And people here smoke so I take them from them also. I have three left right now. I bought four from a friend at school to give him some bus money. They burn really slow it's weird. I had four in my room...somewhere...but I think I lost them in the clutter, and since I've cleaned my room I haven't found them...I miss them, now that I'm "dieting" again, they really keep the hunger off for a while...My only really close friend doesn't smoke, or drink that much, or anything, so I don't really have access around here. My boyfriend is the only person I hang out with that doesn't smoke, But that is the hardest thing ever. He hates the fact I smoke and is trying to help me as I attempt to quit but I haven't been doing so well. I feel terrible when I lie to him and tell him I haven't had one and really have but It's just so damn hard for me to quit because I turn to ciggarettes for comfort (as stupid as that may sound)And hiding it from him isn't that easy either I mean He tastes it and smells it so I really can't say "No I didn't just have a smoke. Yeah, I dated this guy for about a week, and he hated that I smoked, but I refused to lie to him about it, and he got really bitchy about it...It was horrible. I've only heard Brendon cry once. And it was when we both had our own emotional break downs. I didn't have any idea what on earth to say to him. I just waited until he got himself together then asked him if he was okay. I don't really have a taste in guys oddly enough. I just meet them and get to know them. Looks seriously don't matter though, But i must admit I find brendon pretty damn cute ^_^ |
